The Country Ranch Series of homes Is inspired by the traditional Country Farm House. This series features large front porches, spacious living areas and upper floor gabled dormer windows indicative of the farm house look.
Primary design features include isolated deluxe Master Bedroom Suites with attached bath, multiple roof pitches and deluxe Kitchen areas. All plans include at least three bedrooms, two bathrooms and separate utility/ laundry areas. Balconies overlooking the living area are also featured, providing a greater continuity between the main and upper floors.
These plans also offer the design flexibility for the addition of sun spaces, bringing the warmth & beauty of the outside, indoors.

The Schooner Series is a very versatile group of two story homes designed to take full advantage of view or waterfront sites and still provide ample living space.
The street side is designed for complete privacy while the other side features an all glass front wall that opens to your view. Especially important is the fact that all plans have an entry from the street side as well as the view side. The alpine style steep pitched roofline is perfect where a heavy snowload is an important design factor.
Plans in this series feature a Great Room concept, with an overlooking Master Suite. You have a wide variety of design options for the gable glass wall.

Westerner 1600
Price:
The Westerner Series provides a variety of cost efficient floor plans which feature a relatively large living area in each home, and provides basic bedroom/bathroom accommodations.
The homes offer from two to four bedrooms, and one to three bathrooms. They have a medium 4/12 roof pitch and relatively low percentage of glass to wall ratio makes these designs extremely energy efficient.
Several of the plans include optional built in two car garages. All of these plans have been in are plans book for many years and have been extremely popular, especially where the Classic Timber Wall System has been used.
The Westerner 1,775 and 1,600 plans offer spacious Great Room where their size coupled with open beam ceilings is absolutely breathtaking.

Sundance 1615

The Sundance Cabin designs are perfect for narrow lots. Included in the series are plans with prow fronts, plans with square fronts and partially covered decks, and plans with two and three bedrooms. These one story rambler designs have a single straight low 4/12 pitch roof ridge roof; the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen are all combined into the Great Room concept leisure living.
These homes are economical and relatively easy to build since they are basically a rectangle. Of course, the gable front can be modified with a large variety of window schemes and decks or covered porches.

The Lifestyles Series presents our best selling single story homes.
There is a wide variety of window options for the view side available. The openness of the living area design in this series creates an extremely comfortable home where the cook can easily see and talk with people in the Living or Dining Room.
The entries for this series are all on the opposite side of the home from the view, thus allowing for hillside sites where basements are desirable. The sunken Living Room with its vaulted beam and deck ceiling is at the center of the plan while wings extend off each side of the core. The living area wing includes a kitchen with a snack bar open to the Dining/Family Room areas, while the other wing include a Master Suite (in larger plans) and one or two bedrooms.
These plans are very energy efficient due to layout where the majority of the windows are one side of the building and the medium pitched rooflines.

Also, if there is still not enough living space after utilizing the dormers, we can extend the loft floor further toward the gable wall.
