Primary design features include isolated deluxe master bedroom suites with attached bath, multiple roof pitches and deluxe kitchen areas. All plans include at least three bedrooms, two bathrooms and separate utility/ laundry areas. Balconies overlooking the living area are also featured, providing a greater continuity between the main and upper floors.
