Description: The Cutter Series is a very versatile group of two story homes designed to fit narrow sites and still provide ample living space. The street side is designed for complete privacy while the other side features an all glass front wall that opens to your view.
The alpine style roof lines with their steep 12/12 pitch is perfect where a heavy snow load is an important design factor. Plans in this series have either open lofts overlooking the Living Room, a Master Suite, or two bedrooms. You have a wide variety of design options for the gable glass wall.
The loft areas in this series show the use of shed and doghouse dormers. Dormers can be added to any of these plans to change from loft space to full headroom areas. Also, if there is still not enough living space after utilizing the dormers, we can extend the loft floor further toward the gable wall.
