The design in the Innovation Series are two story homes featuring large open entries and stair foyers. These plans include a variety of custom features that are customers have requested in the past.

These designs include formal Dining Rooms and formal Living Rooms independent from the Family Room or the Great Room. Each design includes three or more bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
