The Innovation Series features new design concepts created by Pan Abode. These plans are all truly custom homes intended to whet your imagination.

The multiple roof pitches, covered entries and custom window schemes give these homes an attractive street presence. The homes are also designed for privacy with the living areas open to the back of the home making them ideal for view sites. Deluxe Master Suites are located on the main floor in two of the designs, and on the second floor of the third home plan.

If the home you desire comes from the series, we look forward to your ideas and changes to create a plan specifically suited to your life style and needs. The design in the Innovation Series are two story homes featuring large open entries and stair foyers. These plans include a variety of custom features that are customers have requested in the past.

These designs include formal Dining Rooms and formal Living Rooms independent from the Family Room or the Great Room. Each design includes three or more bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

Material package price includes all materials as indicated in the Standard Specifications. Does NOT include freight or construction.
