The Country Ranch Series of homes Is inspired by the traditional Country Farm House. This series features large front porches, spacious living areas and upper floor gabled dormer windows indicative of the farm house look.

Primary design features include isolated deluxe Master Bedroom Suites with attached bath, multiple roof pitches and deluxe Kitchen areas. All plans include at least three bedrooms, two bathrooms and separate utility/ laundry areas. Balconies overlooking the living area are also featured, providing a greater continuity between the main and upper floors.

The City Lights Series showcases some of our best-selling contemporary two-story homes. The dominant feature of these view-orientated plans is the 'Prow Front' which offers the stunning beauty of soaring roof lines, angled walls of glass and vaulted cathedral ceilings, typically in the Living Room or the Great Rooms.

One cannot help but to feel the unique life style created by the wide open interior spaciousness of these designs. These plans provide steep roof lines over the main core of the home with loft space and/or bedrooms above the rear half of this portion.

Single story side wings on one or both sides of the main core accent the exterior proportions, as well as create a very functional efficient floor layout. These side wings have lower pitched roof lines for cost efficient use of space, and can be either at right angles to the main core or swept back to take full advantage of a panoramic view.
