We supply construction manuals and videos and also have a construction adviser available 7 days a week to provide advice - and re-assurance - to owner builders.

You should talk to your lender early if you intend taking this path, perhaps take some classes on basic bulding skills (like reading plans), and be prepared for having to spend extra time on the project.

The advantages are that you will get your home - just the way you want it!
